Just the piece your fall wardrobe has been looking for and fresh off my sewing machine and serger, this dress will have you ready for the next show and have your friends wondering where you found such a treasure. I have carefully selected each fabric to coordinate and reflect the upcoming season's best shades. The scoop-neck bodice features a brown cotton calico print accented with light blue circles. There are approximately 180 four inch squares making up the skirt of the dress. The colors range from orange, army green, and mustard to many different browns and blues. I cut the skirt A-line to help give the dress shape and reduce bulk at the waistline. This dress is so pretty and easy to wear, you will never want to take it off. The ruffle at the bottom encloses the patchwork, while adding a nice feminine touch.
